		<description>Fun and humor can have great stopping power in direct marketing.  And you need stopping power in order to get your message heard.

The trick is this... know your audience and what will make them laugh.  It&#039;s easy to go overboard.  Sometimes what you think is funny turns out to be inappropriate and can backfire.

I&#039;ve used fun and humor quite a bit.
